Hidden Peak Teahouse offers various teas (shou pu-erh, sheng pu-erh, black, green, white, oolong, flowers/buds/bundles, herbal infusions), vegan dim sum (tofu/vegetable baozi, gomashio rice balls, dumplings, handmade daifuku), and raw fare (flax crackers & hummus, heirloom tomato pizza, spicy green tostada round served with sunflower seed pate, nut & seed brittle square, cardamom & orange cashew cream cups). Menu items are mostly gluten-free. Local and organic ingredients are used whenever possible. Most teas may be enjoyed in a teapot, and many are available for gung fu service. The teahouse has a spacious indoor tearoom with multiple settings, a separate room for tea classes and private tastings, as well as a tea shop selling bulk teas, tea ware, antiques, art and curios. Outdoor seats are available. Credit cards are accepted. Hidden Peak Teahouse is a digital-free zone that prohibits the use of cell phones, laptops, tablets, and ipods.
