The Tasteful Kitchen is an independently owned and operated restaurant and caterer that offers a menu consisting of vegetarian, mostly vegan, gluten-free, macrobiotic, and raw food dishes. The 4 course menu is always vegan and gluten-free. Mock meat and tofu are never served. The restaurant uses seasonal fruits and vegetables with an 
emphasis on organic and locally grown produce. Foods with hydrogenated fats, artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, sweeteners, and genetically modified products are avoided. Reservations are highly recommended. Takeaway is available. The Tasteful Kitchen also offers vegetarian, raw, and gluten-free cooking classes.
