the restaurant is completely vegan and does not serve tofu. Is it possible to use this description instead? "57Cals offers a unique Mediterranean cuisine featuring vegan selections, such as delicious falafel, shawarma and shish taouk dishes and many choices of sandwiches. All dishes, including all sauces, are homemade and prepared with fresh and natural ingredients."
